Obviously learning a new way of doing things will take time to get used to (hence why this one took so bloody long) but I can certainly see this way of blocking in shadows and light adds something my others were lacking ie: giving more depth. So I thank you Windmaker and Promethius (over at Conceptart.org) for giving me the kick in the right direction!

Still will need plenty more practice but here he is with some minor tweaks from the original idea.

Note : The tube entering his stomach contains a biomecha centipede which is currently sleeping inside him awaiting his next victim.

All in all had lots of fun with this one and learnt some new ways of doing things. Oh and I meant to add that sketchy feeling to parts.
